| 摘 要： | 积极慎重地做好大学生党员发展工作,把更多优秀大学生凝聚到党的队伍中来,是高校党组织建设的一项重要任务.在新的形势下,应该从强化培养教育,夯实党员发展工作基础入手,严格把好政治素质、学习成绩、党校培训等质量关,规范发展程序、创新工作思路,同时处理好培养教育与党员发展的关系.

| Abstract: | It is an important task in building college party organization to strengthen the work of promoting college students to be party members.Under the new situation,we should start with the basic work of education and expansion of party members and ensure the candidates have fine political quality,good academic performance and proper party knowledge so as to standardize the procedure and innovate the ideas,and at the same time handle the relationship between education and development. |
