| 摘 要： | 工程设计阶段是工程造价控制的关键阶段。本文分析了设计阶段造价控制存在的主要问题，提出通过优化设计方案、限额设计、改进机制、健全制度等措施，实现设计阶段的造价控制。力争做出技术先进、经济合理的工程设计。

| Abstract: | The design stage is the key part in the control of investment.In this paper,the problems of construction design stage are discussed,and six methods for investment control in design phase are put forward,which suggest us further to strengthen investment control in design stage and ensure feasible technique and reasonable economy designs. |
