摘    要:研究了树龄分别为4年、6年和10年的蓝花楹磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)的制浆特性.通过分析原料的纤维形态及化学组分含量探讨了影响其制浆特性的主要因素.研究结果表明,在相同的预处理条件下,树龄对手抄片裂断长大小影响为6年生>4年生>10年生,且随NaOH用量的增加裂断长也在不断增大.通过对蓝花楹SCMP浆的H2O2漂白发现,在H2O2用量达到6%时,其白度只能达到65%ISO左右,属于比较难漂白的浆种.

Abstract:Jacaranda copaia is one of the fast-growing hardwood species and suitable for paper making.It was found the pulping characteristics were depended on their wood ages.In this research,three kinds of wood chips of Jacaranda copaia,i.e.4,6 and 10 years old were used in SCMP pulping experiment and chemical analysis in order to clarify the effect of wood age on the chemical components and pulping characteristics.The results showed that the sequence of breaking length of the hand sheets was 6 years>4 years>10 years.However,the breaking length increased as the charge of sodium hydroxide increasing.These might be caused by the difference of the wood ages.The result of bleaching demonstrated that the SCMP pulp was difficult to be bleached by H_2O_2.The brightness of the pulp increased as the charge of H_2O_2 increasing,but the efficiency of bleaching decreased.With the increase of the charge of NaOH,the breaking length of handsheet was improved.
