摘    要:提出了一种将储能装置接入传统双馈风力发电系统背靠背变换器直流侧的新型双馈风力发电系统,通过对已有的背靠背变换器实施功率控制策略,可以有效地抑制风速随机化引起的风力发电系统并网点输出功率的波动。在分析系统构成及功能的基础上,提出了背靠背变换器相应的功率控制策略,并根据所建立的新型双馈风力发电系统的控制模型,在EMTDC/PSCAD仿真环境以及3kW双馈风力发电系统实验平台下进行了详细的研究和分析。研究结果表明,在风速波动的情况下该系统能够按照优化控制策略得到平滑的功率输出,实现风速的去随机化过程。

Abstract:A novel doubly-fed wind power generation system, which integrates an energy storage system (ESS) in the direct current side of the back-to-back converter of traditional doubly-fed wind power generation system, is proposed. The output power fluctuation at the point of common coupling of the wind power generation system, which is caused by the wind speed randomization, can be effectively suppressed by carrying out the power control strategy on the back-back converter. Based on the analysis of system composition and functions, the power control strategy for the back-back converter is proposed. Detailed study and analysis are given using EMTDC/PSCAD simulations with the test platform of a 3 kW doubly-fed wind power generation system. The proposed control model of the novel doubly-fed wind power generation system is used in the study. Results show that, in the case of the wind power fluctuation, this system can have the smooth power output achieved by the optimized control strategy, and the intermittency the wind power has been effectively reduced.
