硫和氟在水泥熟料矿物相中的分布及其对水泥性能的影响

摘    要:应用化学相分离法结合化学分析,较系统地研究了掺有CaF_2和CaSO_4复合矿化剂的水泥熟料中氟和硫在各矿物相中的分布,并且测定了由这些熟料磨制成的水泥的物理力学性能,还用结合水法和游离Ca(OH)_2方法测定了这类水泥的水化速度。研究结果表明,硫、氟在水泥熟料矿物相中的分布与CaF_2、CaSO_4的掺入量及其比例、熟料煅烧温度与熟料的化学成分有关,并具有一定的规律性;而硫、氟在熟料相中的分布,与水泥的物理力学性能(主要是凝结时间和强度)和水化速度有着密切的联系,且具有较好的规律性。

Abstract:The distribution of Sulphur and fluorine which are introduced by composite mineralizers inclinker phases, has been investigated by means of chemical phase separation and chemical analysis. The hydration rate was studied using combined water and free Ca(OH)_2 in hydrated cement pastes at various curing age. The physical properties have also been worked out. The results show that the distribution of sulphur and fluorine in clinker phases is relevant to the dosage of CaSO_4 and CaF_2, and the chemical composition and sintering temperature of the clinker. Furthermore, the physical properties, especially the setting rate andstrength, and the hydration rate of the cement are intimately related to the sulphur and fluorine distribution in the clinker phases.
