城市燃气管道的焊接残余应力分析

摘    要:城市管网的焊缝形式主要分为螺旋焊缝和对接焊缝,由于在焊缝处存在残余应力的应力集中,焊缝处成为管道最薄弱的地方。文章采用通用的有限元软件ANSYS对焊接过程进行模拟,得出两种焊缝形式下残余应力应变分布规律,并计算在内压作用下两种管道焊缝的三维模型应变分布。

Abstract:the style of welding joints in urban pipelines was divided into scroll welding joint and butted joint.Since the residual stress con- centrated on the welding joints which places are the weakest areas of the pipelines.In this article, the welding process is simulated by ANSYS and the distribution regulation of residual stress and residual strain were found out.Finally,the strain of 3D models of two type pipelines was calculat- ed under the inner pressure.
