铝合金交流电阳极氧化膜电镀黑镍的研究

摘    要:研究以常用的工业纯铝L2为实验材料,采用硫酸交流电阳极氧化和电镀黑镍工艺来降低成本,着重分析温度、电流密度、镍离子的质量浓度等对黑色膜层性能的影响。通过SEM表征、EDS及性能测试表明:在优化的电镀黑镍工艺条件下可以获得与工业纯铝L2基体结合力良好,且耐蚀性、耐热性、吸光性均较好的黑镍镀层。
