摘    要:限制冠状病毒传播的努力使全球处于封锁状态,由此导致全球石油需求降低及过剩。石油危机将导致众多石油公司走向破产或考虑他们的机遇。针对低油价的情况,结合部分海外油气田集输管道的工程设计经验,对海外油气田地面工程集输管道从厂站模块化、站外集输管道管廊化以及对非金属管道推广应用进行了总结和探讨,希望对低油价形势下海外油气田地面工程集输管道设计起到一定借鉴作用。

Abstract:Efforts to limit the spread of the coronavirus have the world on lockdown,which has caused a massive surplus of oil and declining demand.The oil crash will force the struggling oil companies to file for bankruptcy or consider strategic opportunities.In view of the low oil price,combined with the engineering design experience of some overseas oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipeline networks,the design of the overseas oil and gas field surface engineering from modularization and gathering pipes Radial Corridors to the promotion and application of nonmetallic Pipeline were a summarized and discussed.Hope that it will serve as a reference for the design of the gathering pipes of overseas oil and gas field surface engineering under the low oil price situation.
