打印机蓝牙通信系统研究与实现

摘    要:提出一种将有线打印机改进为蓝牙通信的设计方法。该方法的关键技术是以发送和接收两个端点USB接口为邻接,在蓝牙HCI层协议的规范下,利用USB技术解析打印机数据格式,完成USB数据和蓝牙HCIACL数据格式的相互转换。针对蓝牙通信数据丢包问题进行测试剖析,重新优化单片机控制器的程序流程。测试证明,打印机蓝牙通信系统数据完整,完全支持各种打印文件格式,打印质量高,通过改善控制器性能和蓝牙通信波特率,打印速度会明显改善。本文提出的方案有设计成本低、实用性强等特点。

Abstract:The research focuses on a new design method which improves the cable printer with the Bluetooth communication technology. The key point of this technology is to use the two USB interfaces (send and receive endpoints) as the adjacent connection. Based on the Bluetooth HCI protocol, we use USB technology to resolve the printer data formats, and finally accomplishes the mutual change of USB data and Bluetooth HCI ACL data formats. Testing analysis is carried out to solve the problem of packet loss of Bluetooth communication data, optimizing the SCM controller process again. The testing result shows that the Bluetooth printer communication system data is complete and a variety of print formats are supported. The print quality is high. If the controller' s performance and the blue-tooth' s Baud rate are improved, the printing speed can be improved greatly. This design is practical and cost-efficient.
