电驱动钻机控制系统的抗谐波干扰装置

摘    要:针对电驱动钻机电网电源存在干扰谐波 ,对可编程控制器 (PLC)产生干扰 ,易造成钻机停钻事故等问题 ,研制了具有滤波电路的抗谐波干扰装置。电网电源经隔离降压 ,噪波消耗 ,RLC多级滤波 ,电路寄生电感消除 ,10 0~ 2 0 0 0 0Hz杂波消除 ,以及过压保护等处理后 ,得到质量较好的正弦波。现场使用证明 ,这种抗干扰装置滤波效果好 ,工作正常 ,电驱动钻机控制部分未再出现故障 ,保证了钻井作业顺利进行。

Abstract:The harmonic wave in the power source of the electric drive drilling rig will produce interference on the PLC, and causes drilling operation stopped. An anti-jamming device with filter circuit is developed. The power source from the power network is isolated and stepped down and multistage filtered, the noise is filtered, and wave contour is improved, and the high-quality sine wave power source is obtained at last. Field use proves the anti-jamming device having good wave filtering effect and ensuing control system of the drilling rig operating without troubles.
