小型酒精生产的无蒸煮工艺

摘    要:介绍了小型作坊式酒精生产的无蒸煮工艺的原理和操作方法,并通过正交试验的优化研究,找出影响出酒率的关键因素。试验结果表明:在发酵中使用糖化酶+液化酶0.6g 0.6g;蛋白酶0.1g,酵母1.2g,纤维素酶6g的酒精出率最高。

Abstract:The no steaming technics and operation way for mini plant of alcohol was introduced.It optimized the investigation by the testing.It found out the important factor to influence rate of producing alcohol.Research result indicated the use of liquified enzyme and saccharified enzyme were 0.6 g+0.6 g;protein enzyme 0.1 g;yeast 1.2 g;cellulose enzyme 6 g.The rate of producing alcohol was the most in the testing.
