摘    要:论述了竖井旋流型与水平旋流型内消能工在体型优化中的重点与方向,结合黄河公伯峡水电站右岸旋流内消能泄洪洞的方案的论证、试验研究与体型优化,进行了连接部位泄流能力的协调与匹配、通气孔的设计、消能率的构成、起旋器出口与旋流洞连接部位后的空化空蚀、洞子的衬砌标准与范围、下游水深的影响等问题的讨论。

On Domestic Helical Flow Energy Dissipation in Stand of the Alternation of Diversion Tunnel of Gongboxia Hydropower Station

Abstract:The discussion on diversion tunnel alternation was conducted for the domestic project selection, experiments and optimal structures of helical flow energy dissipation in the paper. On the point of view in advance of research both from domestic and abroad, the helical flow energy dissipation are suitable for large flow projects in deep canyon, and the feasible scheme of diversion tunnel of high dams. The crucial points and direction of optimal scheme for vertical and horizontal helical flow energy dissipation were expounded for the argumentation, experiments and optimal physique in combining with the alternation of diversion tunnel of Gongboxia Hydropower Station. The harmonize and matching of discharge capacity on its juncture parts, design of vent hole, constitutes of dissipation rate, cavitation erosion of the connection parts, standard of lining of tunnel, and flow depth downstream were discussed.
