| Abstract: | In the paper, the basic content of interphase treatment in PCB was reviewed. The application of coupling agent, ultrasound wave, plasma, chemical modification and nano-technology used in interphase of PCB was summa- rized. Interphase treatment is the base of design in PCB industry. |
