摘    要:本文提出一种利用双胞胎泵实现喷油速率形态调节的新方法,除了介绍该方法的控制原理和结构特点外,还给出了某些感兴趣的试验结果。喷油规律测试和柴油机台架初步试验表明,该方法能够起到调节喷油速率形态的作用,在控制直喷单缸柴油机工作粗暴性和降低NO_x排放方面具有良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new method with twin fuel injection pump to control the fuel injection rate shaping. Besides its control principle and structural features, the paper also provides some interested experimental results. The obtained results of fuel injection pattern and engine tests show that this method can regulate the fuel injection rate shaping and has a good effect on controlling the singular cylinder D. I diesel engine's working roughness and reducing its emissions.
