EAS液电造缝与稳定泡沫储层改造梳理技术在油层解堵增注中的应用

摘    要:由于部分注入井储层受到污水中含油颗粒、管线中垢质以及近井地带返吐的地层砂等杂质污染,吸水能力下降。为提高低注井增注效果,改善地层渗流条件,利用EAS液电造缝(Electrohydrology Arise Seam)与稳定泡沫储层改造梳理技术,对2口注水井进行现场应用。通过对井内储层近井地带液电造缝,使堵塞地层孔隙的杂质松脱,并在原有孔隙基础上形成微裂缝,然后利用注入地层的稳定泡沫,将其返排至地面,达到解除注入井地层堵塞、改善地层渗流条件的目的。2口井现场试验表明,针对常规增注措施效果差的低注井,应用EAS液电造缝与稳定泡沫储层改造梳理技术,增注水量达到50%以上,有效期在2年以上。该技术在提高单井注入能力、协调层间矛盾、改善动用剖面等方面具有较好效果,在油田开发中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Water intake capacity of the injection wells turned weaker for the pollution of oil-bearing particles in the sewage water,scale in the lines and formation sand of the immediate vicinity of wellbore in partial wells.Technologies of reservoir reconstruction through Electrohydrology Arise Seam (EAS) and stable foam are applied to 2 water injection wells to improve its injection capability and then to extract oil more efficiently with greater safety and to improve shock waves to loosen impediments percolation conditions.The EAS system uses electrical power to generate in the formations.And microcracks may be formed based on the original pores.The injected stable foam may be applied to making bitumen flow back to the ground.And then the aim of block removing and percolation condition improving may be achieved.The application of EAS and stable foam on these 2 injection wells has shown its outstanding performance on injection increasing up to more than 50% and well injection over 2 years.The EAS and stable foam technology have been confirmed as an effective one on improving injection capacity of single well,interlayer contradictory and producing profile.It has wide applying prospect in oilfield development.
