城轨车辆轮对尺寸在线测量系统的研制

摘    要:针对城轨车辆轮对测量费时费力的问题,基于激光轮廓扫描传感器技术,开发了一种城轨车辆轮对尺寸在线测量系统。系统采用将激光轮廓扫描仪和激光位移传感器布置在钢轨的内外两侧。将轮廓扫描仪发射的激光线投射到车轮踏面上,实时测量经过测量区域内的车轮踏面外轮廓,并对测量结果进行插值运算、数据平滑运算等算法处理,获得车辆轮对的轮缘高度、轮缘厚度、车轮直径等主要参数。通过对测量结果数据分析,该系统可以完成运行中地铁车辆轮对参数的自动测量。

Abstract:When the traditional way is used to measure the parameters of wheel pairs of rail vehicles,it needs great effort and takes much time. To solve this problem,based on the laser contour scanning method,an on-line measuring system is developed. In this system,the laser contour scanner and the laser displacement sensor are placed on both inner and outer sides of the rails. The laser rays are projected on the surface of wheels so that a real-time measurement of the outer contour of wheel surface can be conducted. Algorithms such as interpolation and smoothing algorithm are used to calculate the measured results,so that the main parameters of the wheel pairs can be more precise. The result shows that this system can be used to automatically measure the parameters of the wheel pairs of the rail vehicles.
