摘    要:为研究乙酸和乙醇在以1-己基吡啶四氟硼酸盐离子液体作溶剂和催化剂的反应动力学,利用实验进行了测定,并对实验数据进行拟合,得出了65、75、90℃下正反应速率常数。并在此基础上,测定了温度、1-己基吡啶四氟硼酸盐离子液体浓度对反应速率的影响。n(乙酸)∶n(乙醇)∶n(离子液体)=8∶8∶1,65~90℃时,反应速率为-rHAc=8.06×10-4exp(-4.83×103/T)(c2HAc-c2EtOAc/4),反应活化能为:E=40.15 kJ/mol。

Abstract:The esterification reaction kinetics of acetic acid and ethanol catalyzed by the ionic liquid of 1-hexyl-pyridinium tetrafluoroborate was investigated at 65 ℃,75 ℃,and 90 ℃.The positive reaction rate constants were obtained by fitting the experimental data.The effects of reaction temperature and the ionic liquid loading were also studied.The reaction rate is accelerated linearly by increasing the temperature,while the reaction rate is reduced linearly by increasing the ionic liquid loading in the experimental range.From 65℃ to 90℃,the reaction rate is:-rHAc=8.06×10-4exp(-4.83×103/T)(c2HAc-c2EtOAc/4),the activation energy of the reaction E=40.15 kJ/mol by the feeding in∶n(acetic acid)∶n(ethanol)∶n(1-hexyl-pyridinium tetrafluoroborate)=8∶8∶1.
