| Abstract: | The young reserve cadres are the main force of the reformation and development in China.They are also the decisive force to realize the peaceful spring up and great revivification of the Chinese people.Therefore, their political attitudes and tendency will affect the development of China to a certain degree.Through the investigation of the young reserve cadres in some places of Henan province,the author analyzes their pursuit and choice of political cognition,emotions,beliefs and motives as well as their manifestation on political evaluation,attitudes and behaviors.This provides a certain reference for the management and training of cadres in Henan province. |
