高效液相色谱法分析间二甲苯氧化过程的产物

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱,外标法定量测定间二甲苯氧化制间苯二甲酸生产过程中的各种物质的含量:间甲基苯甲醛(m PA)、间甲基苯甲酸(m PT)、间羧基苯甲醛(3 CBA)、间苯二甲酸(IPA)和间二甲苯。采用C18柱,磷酸二氢钾水溶液和乙腈双流动相梯度淋洗和变波长紫外监测,可通过一次进样在30min内完成对该氧化体系的5种主要物质的全面分析。

Abstract:An analysis method based on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography is developed for the composition determining of the products of m-xylene oxidation process.The main components as follows:m-xylene,m-tolualdehyde,m-toluic acid,3-carboxybenzaldehyde and isophthalic acid (IPA).The chemical is the column C18,potassium hydrogen phosphate aqueous solution and acetonitrile are two mobile phases using elution and the wavelength of ultraviolet detection is 254 nm and 220 nm,overall analysis on the five main components of the oxidation system can be finished in 30 min with one sample transfusion.
