摘    要:本文研制的磨料分析仪不仅可对铁磁性金属颗粒进行监测,而且可对一般直读式铁谱仪所不能监测的弱磁性有色金属颗粒进行监测,且稳定性好,试验误差小,通过对磨粒分析仪的研究和大量试验表明,弱磁性有色金属颗粒如铜、铝等在沉积管中不是随机的,弱磁性颗粒与铁磁性颗粒具有相似的沉积曲线,只是各点对应的数值大小不同.试验还表明,不同种类的弱磁性金属颗粒具有不同的沉积规律,不同种类和性质的混合金属颗粒油液使颗粒沉积的机会大大增加了.

Abstract:The subject is to develop a portable instrument that can detect both magnetic and non - magnetic debris and we also develop an effective instrument that can measure the viscosity of oil fastly and accurately, which may be a useful parameter for fault diagnosis. More researches have showed that the distribution of non - magnetic debris is not random, it has its own distribution law. Different kinds of debris present different laws of distribution. The deposition amount of debris is increased for the oils which consist of several different kinds of particles.
