火力发电厂湿式冷却系统节能分析

摘    要:火力发电在我国能源供应领域中占有举足轻重的地位,火力发电厂自身的节能设计也应引起足够的重视。《国家能源科技“十二五”规划》提出了“建设高效节能环保节水燃煤电厂”的要求。以1 000 MW级火力发电机组为例,对湿式冷却系统中循环水泵不同配置方案及影响循环水泵扬程的因素进行了分析,并对优化后的湿式冷却电厂直流系统和再循环系统进行了节能分析,提出了火力发电厂湿式冷却系统的节能思想和方案,供有关专业人员参考。

Abstract:Thermal power plays a decisive role in energy supply in China and much attention needs to be paid to the energy saving design of thermal power plants. The thermal power installed capacity accounts for over 70% of the total installed power generation capacity in China. Following the requirement of “building efficient coal-fired power plants with energy saving, environmental protection and water saving” proposed in the“National Energy Technology Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and taking the 1000-MW grade thermal power unit for example, schemes with different circulating pump configuration are compared and the influence factors of circulating water pump head are analyzed. Analysis on energy saving is also taken for the optimized water cooling power plant with once-through system and recirculating system and the ideas on and schemes of energy saving in the circulating water system of thermal power plants are proposed for reference for professionals.
