基于正交试验的SLS工艺参数多指标优化

摘    要:由于选择性激光烧结技术复杂的成型机理,其诸多工艺参数对制件精度都有很大的影响,且同一工艺参数对制件精度不同指标的影响程度也不同.基于正交试验法,通过对高分子材料的SLS试验,研究了烧结层厚、加热温度、激光功率等3个工艺参数对制件形状精度和尺寸精度的影响规律,并运用多指标综合平衡法,确定最优的SLS工艺参数组合方案,对提高SLS制件的综合质量具有指导意义.

Abstract:Due to the complicated prototyping mechanism of selective laser sintering technology,the parts manufacturing accuracy was greatly influenced by its process parameters and the different indicators of parts manufacturing accuracy were influenced by a certain process parameter to a different degree. Based on the orthogonal experimental method, rules of influence on parts manufacturing size accuracy and shape accuracy by three process parameters such as sintering layer thickness, heating temperature,laser power and so on were researched in this paper through high polymer materials SLS experiments. Also, the optimal SLS process parameter combining scheme was determined by using multi-indicators balance method,which had great significance in improving the quality of SLS parts manufacturing.
