| 摘 要： | 分别对有跃层的地下室住宅、完全跃层住宅、顶层设跃层的住宅等的设计形式作了介绍，并对各住宅的功能进行了分析，表明了形式和功能之间的关系在住宅空间设计上得到了充分的体现。
