碳化钼本体催化剂中游离碳含量的检测

摘    要:采用碳硫分析仪分析、化学全元素分析、能谱定量分析、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析,和溶解-过滤分离重量法,分析高比表面积碳化钼粉末中的游离碳含量。结果表明其他方法难以准确检测出碳化钼中的游离碳,采用溶解-过滤分离重量法分析游离碳,是一种具有较高准确度的分析碳化钼粉末中游离碳的方法。

Abstract:Content of free carbon in high specific dsurface area molybdenum carbide powder was determined,by carbon and sulfur analyzer,chemistry full elemental analysis,spectroscopy quantitative analysis,X-ray p Hotoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) analysis,dissolution- filtration separating and gravimetric method. The results indicated that these methods were difficult to accurately detect the free carbon content in molybdenum carbide. But dissolution- filtration separating and gravimetric method was a good way in the analysis of free carbon in molybdenum carbide powder.
