摘    要:总结金属氧化物避雷器电气特性的考核指标体系:额定电压Ur、持续运行电压Uc、标称放电电流In、保护水平与绝缘配合系数Ks等,并基于不同的结构特征分别进行了说明。以10 k V配电系统为例,测算与校验了2种结构特征(无间隙与带串联间隙)金属氧化物避雷器的主要特性参数;结合测算结果与实际工程案例,针对金属氧化物避雷器工作中发生爆炸等安全事故的原因进行分析,并提出了合理化建议,促进中压电力系统中金属氧化物避雷器的正确使用,并进一步提高对电气设备过电压的有效保护。

Abstract:In the paper, an index system for electrical characteristics of metal-oxide surge arresters is systematically summarized, which contains rated voltage ( Ur ), continuous operating voltage ( Uc ), nominal discharge current ( In ), overvoltage protection and insulation coordination coefficient (Ks ) , which are described based on various structural functions. Also, taking 10 kV power distribution system as an example, the main parameters of metal-oxide surge arresters without gaps and metal-oxide surge arresters containing series gapped structures are measured and checked. Combined the results with actual engineering cases, aiming at the safety accidents ( such as explosion and etc. ) in the use of metal-oxide surge arresters, the paper analyzes the causes and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the correct use of metal-oxide surge arresters in MV power system, and further to improve its effective utilization of electrical equipment overvoltage protection.
