基于云物元模型的海外矿业投资管理风险评价研究

摘    要:文章主要运用云物元的方法对海外矿业投资管理风险进行评价,该方法能有效地将定性指标转化为定量指标,同时又不失模糊性。首先对海外矿业投资影响因素进行识别,并在此基础上建立了海外矿业投资管理风险评价指标体系;然后构建了云物元模型来对海外矿业投资管理风险进行分析评价;最后以国内A钢铁集团与南非B公司铬矿及铬铁项目为例进行应用。得出:财务风险和外部建设条件风险等级评定为低;跨文化风险、无形资产风险、地质资源风险和开采技术条件风险等级评定为较低;政治法规风险等级评定为一般;该项目总风险等级评定为较低。

Abstract:This paper uses cloud material unit to evaluate the risks in oversea mining investment management, which can convert effectively qualitative index to quantitative one without losing fuzzy. This paper, based on identification of investment factors, sets up risks evaluation index system, and constructs cloud material unit model to evaluate the risks with exemplifying internal A Steel group and South Africa B companys Chrome mine project, concludes that the risks are low in finance and external construction, relatively low in culture cross, intangible assets, geological resources and mining conditions, normal in politics. The general risk is rated to be low for this project.
