基于LabVIEW的非接触式传感器标定仪设计

摘    要:针对接触式传感器在汽车电子节气门实际应用中的不足之处,利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW平台开发可编程非接触式传感器标定系统,综合运用Labview和.Net交互编程的方法,实现基于96360芯片传感器的标定和检测。结果表明,该系统可以完成自动检测和标定,经工程化后,可应用于实际。

Abstract:According to the application requiremnents of non-contact sensor in automotive electronic throttle, a automatic calibration system was developed for a programmable non-contact sensor with LabVIEW software. The experimental verificaiton was carried out with a throttle non-contact programmable sensor. The test results showed that the system could work correctly, and the higher calibration precision was obtained.
