试论甲醇和布朗型合成氨联产的优势

论述了天然气制合成氨联产甲醇的技术改造。分析了利用甲醇弛放气与合成氨联产的有利因素和不足之处;提出了甲醇弛放气返回合成氨装置后的相关操作要点;技改结果表明,以天然气代替甲醇弛放气作为甲醇转化炉的燃料,将弛放气作为合成氨的原料气,可以发挥醇氨联产的优势,吨甲醇成本节省140元。

Trying to Discuss the Advantages for Combinative Production of Brown Type of Ammonia Synthesis with Methanol

Discussion was made for technical reformation in which the synthetic ammonia was produced in combination with methanol by using the natural gas.The beneficial factors and shortages were analyzed for using the methanol releasing gas and combinative production of synthetic ammonia;the relating operating gists were supposed after the methanol releasing gas being returned to ammonia synthesis plant;the technical reformation result indicates that taking the natural gas as the fuel gas of methanol reformer in replace of methanol releasing gas,and taking the releasing gas as the raw gas of synthetic ammonia can give full play to advantages for combinative production of ammonia with methanol,the cost per ton of ammonia saves to 140 yuan RMB.
