非公路矿用自卸车前悬缸缸筒夹具的优化设计

摘    要:某非公路矿用自卸车的前悬缸缸筒,在制造过程中长期存在同轴度超差的技术难题,分析认为主要原因为:前悬缸缸筒本身为偏心组件,与夹具装配后,整体重心与机床主轴回转中心不重合,造成高转速加工时离心力不均,引起同轴度超差.通过采用Pro/Engineer软件对前悬缸筒加工夹具进行优化设计,调整配重,使工件与夹具装配后的整体重心位置与加工回转中心重合.经过实际加工验证,采用改进后的夹具,缸筒加工合格率提高70%,同轴度变化范围明显减小,加工稳定性大大提高.

Optimal Design of Fixture for Front Suspension Cylinder Barrel of Off-road Mining Dump Trucks
Abstract:The front suspension cylinder barrel of a certain type mining dump truck has always encountered the technical problem of over coaxial tolerance during the manufacturing process. It’s been analyzed that the front suspension cylinder barrel itself is an off-center component which couldn’t coincide with the rotary center of the machine-tool spindle when fixed with rigs. This mismatching gives rise to the uneven centrifugal force in the machining process at high rpm, and the over tolerance in concentricity. We have used Pro/Engineer software to optimize the design of fixture for front suspension cylinder barrel, readjusted the counterweight, so as to integrate the work-piece’s integral gravity position with the machine’s rotary center after fixed with the fixture.Through an actual machining verification, the improved machining fixture can increase pass rate by 70% for the cylinder machining and the concentricity variation range has been minimized obviously, thus highly increasing the machining stability.
