| 摘 要： | 三峡水库建成后将在库区两岸形成较大面积的消落区,以巫山县大昌镇消落区为案例,分析了综合治理的必要性,阐述了消落区治理的若干方案,为实现库区生态安全与社会和谐稳定提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | A large area of water - level - fluctuating zone will be formed along the two banks of the reservoir after the completion of the Three Gorges Reservoir. The paper treats Wushan County Dachang Town as an example to analysis the necessity and some programmes of comprehensive gov- ernance in order to provide suggestions for implementing ecological security and social harmony and stability in the Three Gorges Reservoir. |
