螺旋转子的啮合分析及其计算机动态模拟

摘    要:应用微分几何和共轭曲面理论对螺杆压缩机共轭的阴阳转子转螺旋面的空间啮合运动进行了分析,建立了阴阳转子螺旋面方程式,推导出了转子螺旋面的法向量和啮合方程式,在此基础上,为便于用户在计算机屏幕上直观考察阴阳转子的啮合运动情况,用Visual C6.0编程实现了各种型线的阴阳转子啮合运动的计算机动态模拟,为螺杆转子的优化设计提供强有力的CAD技术和软件工具。

Abstract:The spatial mesh motion between the femal and male helical rotors of screw compressor is analyzed using the principle of differential geometry and conjugate surface. The helical surface equations of the female and male rotors are set up and their meshing equation and normal vector formulation are derived. On the basis of it, the computer animation simulation of the meshing motion between the female and male helical rotors are implemened with Visual C 6.0, in order to watch their meshing condition on computer screen intuitively for user.It provides the strong CAD technology and software tool for optimize design of helical rotorsof screw compressor.
