| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实国家电网公司“集团化运作、集约化发展、精细化管理”方针,加快建设“一强三优”现代公司,是各电网企业的工作目标,通过有效实施信息化管理项目——“ERP(enterprise resource planning)工程”来加速推进这一目标已逐渐成为共识。文章基于上海市电力公司ERP工程成功实施的经验,介绍了ERP的演变历程和基本内涵,分析了上海市电力公司ERP工程的有关设计与实施情况,探讨了ERP工程成功实施后的主要成果和体会,提出了下一阶段继续做好ERP工程的主要工作措施。

| Abstract: | It becomes a crucial working target for all kinds of power grid companies in China to carry out the State Grid Corporation of China's policy, i.e., collectivized operation, intensive development and refined management, and to eventually speed up the construction of modernized electric power enterprises. For various industries in China it also becomes consensus by means of effectively implementing ERP project to carry forward that target. Based on successful implementation of ERP project in Shanghai power grid, the author introduces the historical evolution and elementary concept of ERP, analyzes the related design and implementation of ERP project for Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, and probes into the main results and experiences from the successful implementation of ERP project for Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company. Finally, key measures for the ERP project of Shanghai power grid in next stage are proposed. |
