保护储层的新型工作液配方的实验研究

摘    要:油气井从完井到投产要经过许多施工环节,其中洗井和压井是必不可少的重要环节。洗井液和压井液质量的优劣会给油气井的产量和开采时间带来一定影响。从储层保护出发,提供两种新型工作液-压井液(YL)与洗井液(XL)配方。机理研究与室内实验研究表明,XL洗井液与YL压井液均具有对地层伤害小、表面张力低、滤失小、有适当的密度变化范围和低毒、污染小等优点。

Abstract:In production of oil/gas well,well - flushing and killing well is indispensable link.The quality Of killing fluid and well - flushing fluid will have effect on output and producing time of oil/gas well. In order to protect reservoir,the formulations of two new po working fluid-killing fluid(YL)and flushing fluid(XL) are supplied.Through mechanism research and laboratory testing of XL flushing fluid and YL killing fluid,the results show that the two po working fluid have many advantages,such as low formation damage,low surface tension and filtrateloss,suitable density variation, low toxicity and low pollution etc.
