摘    要:线性摩擦焊接技术作为一种新兴的焊接技术,具有焊接温度低、焊接质量高、焊接过程无污染等诸多优点,已经成为最经济、实用的加工技术之一.通过对比不同焊接参数下TC17材料的冲击性能,得出焊接时间对材料的冲击性能影响很大,并确定在焊接频率为20Hz,振幅为4mm,压力为7个刻度值,焊接时间为12s时,材料的冲击性能相对较好且数值稳定,为以后发动机叶盘的焊接提供了依据.

Abstract:As an advanced new welding technology, the technology of linear friction welding possesses many advantages, e.g. low welding temperature, high welding quality, and zero pollution in welding process. Hence it has become one of the most economic and common used technologies. In this study significant effects of welding time on the materials’ impact properties were found and the most suitable welding parameters were obtained. The welding time was 12s when welding frequency was 20Hz; the amplitude was 4mm, and pressure was 7 scale values. Under this condition the materials had relatively good impact properties, and the values are stable. This work provided reference for the future welding on engine blades.
