高应力矿体充填法采场结构参数优化研究

摘    要:随着铜坑矿采矿生产的不断深入,92#矿体地压活动进一步加剧,空区周边采场应力集中显现,出现了岩层开裂、破碎、沉降等现象,致使矿床开采技术条件变差。为了安全高效地回采矿产资源,在分析了矿岩与充填体力学参数基础上,采用数值仿真模拟的方法,设计了4种结构参数,实现了扰动区下的采场结构参数的优选。研究结果表明:从采场应力与变形结构分析,2号模型为最佳方案,即10m矿柱、12m矿房的采场结构参数,该采场结构参数在矿山中得到了应用,取得了很好的效果。

Optimization of stope structure parameters with filling method in high-stress mine

Abstract:Along with deepening of the mining production in the 92# orebody of Tongkeng mine, ground pressure activities have been increasing further. Caused by stress concentration of the mined-out area around the stope, there appeared a list of mine hazards, for example, rock cracks, crushes and sedimentation, which made the mining technology conditions deteriorated. In the paper, based on mechanical parameters of rock mass and filling body, stope structure parameters in the disturbed areas are optimized through four kinds of structure parameters calculated by numerical simulation in order to extract orebody safely and efficiently. The simulation results show that the No. 2 model is the best mining method in which 10 metres in width of pillar and 12 metres in width of room are adopted in the stope structure parameters. The results have achieved good results in the mine applications and ensured safety and high efficiency in the mining process of underground mineral resources.
