摘    要:超高海拔露天矿山与低海拔露天矿山环境差异较大,爆破施工的安全问题更加突出。以西藏巨龙铜业驱龙矿山为工程背景,围绕"人、机、料、法、环"等五方面因素进行分析,探讨了超高海拔露天矿山爆破施工过程中存在的突出安全问题,并提出了相应的安全管理措施。文章旨在提高超高海拔露天矿山爆破施工安全管理水平,促进民爆行业在高原地区的发展。

Abstract:There is a big environmental difference between the very high altitude open pit mine and the lower one. Likewise, safety problems of blasting are quite distinct at a very high altitude. Engineering background is the Qulong Mine of Tibet Julong Copper Corporation Limited. The distinct safety problems of blasting in Qulong Mine are discussed based on the five key factors, including personnel, machinery, materials, methods and surroundings. Finally, the safety management measures of blasting are suggested. The paper is aimed to improve the safety management of blasting and promote the development of civil explosive industry in plateau regions.
