磷全尾砂胶结体强度规律的试验研究

摘    要:以宜昌某磷矿山全尾矿为原料,设计了全尾砂充填胶结体的力学性质与料浆浓度、灰砂比和养护时间三因素关系间的试验方案,并制作灰砂比为1∶4~1∶10、料浆浓度为68%~75%的充填体试件,分别养护3、7、14和28d后进行单轴抗压强度试验,并通过线性、多项式和指数三种拟合方式探究强度与三因素间的定量关系。充填体强度与灰砂比表征出多项式函数关系,与料浆浓度表征出多项式函数关系,与养护时间表征出指数函数关系。强度随灰砂比减小而递减且递减趋势变缓,随料浆浓度增大而递增且递增趋势更明显,随养护时间增高而递增但递增趋势渐缓。该研究成果可为同类磷矿山全尾砂胶结充填物强度的确定提供参考。

Abstract:In Yichang a total phosphorus mine tailings as raw material, the experiment scheme was designed on the relationship between the concentration of slurry, cement sand ratio and curing time of three factors of the mechanical properties of tailings filling cementation, and the production of cement sand ratio is 1:4-1:10, the slurry concentration of 68%-75% filling specimens, respectively, 3, 7, 14 maintenance and after the 28d uniaxial compressive strength test, and through linear, polynomial and exponential fitting methods explore the quantitative relationship between the three and three factors of the strength. Backfill strength and sand ratio characterized by polynomial function, the concentration of slurry is characterized by polynomial function, and the maintenance schedule sign of exponential function. With the strength of cement sand ratio decreases while the decline and the decline trend slowed down, while increasing and increasing trend is more obvious with increasing slurry concentration increases with the curing time increased progressively but the increasing trend gradually slow.The research results can provide reference for the determination of the strength of cemented stowing of whole tailings filling in similar phosphate mines.
