汽车安全带卷收器锁止性能的设计

摘    要:依据GB14166-2003《机动车成年乘员用安全带和约束系统》强制性标准的要求,分析设计了复合敏感型紧急锁止型卷收器,为实现车感、带感、倾斜锁止性能应具有的机械结构,阐述了实现各锁止指标的力学机理,确定了影响安全带锁止性能的结构参数,建立了等效带感运动机构和运动微分方程,为车辆安全带卷收器的改进设计提供了理论依据。
