摘    要:油气输送管线中,气体水合物阻塞物的形成会给油气行业带来巨大的损失,利用防聚剂来抑制气体水合物阻塞物的形成是目前常用的对策措施之一。在可视化蓝宝石测试系统中,主要以甲烷水合物为对象,在水与壬烷的比值分别为2∶8或3∶7时的水—碳氢化合物的混和体系中,对由非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂组成的防聚剂进行了实验研究。结果表明,该类防聚剂的用量最高只有0.7%(与水质量相比的质量分数),所能承受的最大过冷度最高却达到19 ℃,与单组分的表面活性剂防聚剂相比(用量一般为3%~0.5%,最大过冷度最高仅为12 ℃),前者的防聚性能有了很大的提高。另外,还对该类防聚剂的作用机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Gas hydrate may form plugs in oil/gas pipelines and cause remarkable loss for oil/gas industry. It is one of the common countermeasures that anti agglomerates are used to restrain plug forming of gas hydrate. With visible sapphire testing system, aiming to the methane hydrate, the anti agglomerates consisted of nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant are tested in the water hydrocarbon mixing system with 2∶8 or 3∶7 of water/nonane ratio. The results show the maximum using concentration of the anti agglomerates is only 0.7% of the water mass. But the sub cooling degree they can bear reaches up to 19 ℃. Their anti agglomerating performance is much better than that of the anti agglomerates with single component surfactant(their using concentration is 3%—0.5% and the maximum sub cooling degree is only 12 ℃). Also, the working mechanism of the anti agglomerates is discussed.
