| 摘 要： | 酸洗冷轧联合机组(PL-TCM)中,开卷机输出张力对带钢质量有重要影响,张力的大小直接影响到产品的品质。为保证带钢质量,开卷机都设计有张力控制系统。由于不同的控制方式各有特点,所以这里将常见的"直接"、"间接"及"复合"张力控制方式优缺点进行对比分析,初步探讨开卷机张力闭环控制系统,分析影响张力控制的主要因素。
