当前农村社会不和谐因素及对策研究

当前我国农村形势总体是稳定的,但仍存在着农村社会治安、农民合法权益得不到保障、城乡收入差距拉大等许多不稳定的因素,严重影响农村和谐社会的建设。针对农村社会不和谐的因素,各级政府要加大力度落实“三农”政策,建立农民权益的法律保护制度,加大对农村的投入,提高农民组织化程度等,构建农村社会的真正和谐。

A Study on the Countermeasures to the Inharmonious Factors in Chinese Countryside

The current overall situation in Chinese countryside is stable,whilst many unstable factors such as countryside social security,the guarantee of peasantry's legal rights and the increasing income gap between countryside and the urban areas are impeding severely the steps to develop a harmonious countryside society.Different levels of governments should strengthen the implementation of Three Agricultural Issues Policy,create legal rights guarantee policy,reinforce the investment into countryside and improve the organization of peasantry to develop a real harmony in the countryside.
