| 摘 要： | 电信计费帐务系统(Telecom Billing & Account System)是电信企业重要的业务支撑系统(Bussiness Support System)之一,它承担着在用户使用电信企业服务后费用的核算与收取的功能。本文以山东联通省集中计费帐务系统建设为例,针对在新的竞争形势下如何构建省集中计费帐务系统进行论述,分析省集中计费帐务系统的建设目标及存在的难点,提出针对这些难点的解决方案,并对系统建设过程中的创新点进行了深入的剖析。

| Abstract: | As one of the important business support systems in telecom enterprises, Telecom Billing ＆ Account System undertakes to check and collect the outlay customers should pay after using the service provided by the telecom enterprise. Taking the construction of Shandong UniCom Intergrated Billing System as an example, this paper discusses how to construct the system under the new competition situation. It analyzes the construction goals and the difficulties of the system, proposes the solutions, and analyzes the innovations in the system construction process. |
