| Abstract: | The disadvantageous effect of the low temperature calm of inoculated liquid iron on the internal quality of gray iron cylinder block are analysed. It is proposed that the key of improving the internal quality of cylinder block is decreasing the silicon content of liquid iron and strengthening inoculation and pouring the inculated liquid iron as soon as possible. |
