基于风险元传递理论的大型引水工程施工风险研究

摘    要:在风险元传递理论的基础上,建立了区间数层次型风险元传递解析模型,用专家调查法构建大型引水工程风险评价指标体系,进一步运用区间数定量方式层次型风险元传递算法,进行大型引水工程施工风险综合评价.评价结果显示,来自施工单位自身的风险对工程建设影响较大,大型引水工程的施工应偏重于施工单位的风险管理.

Abstract:In view of large-scale water transportation project construction characteristics,the interval number hierarchical risk element transfer analytical model is built based on the theory of risk element transmission.The expert investigation method is applied to constructing large-scale water transportation project risk evaluation index system,and the interval number quantitative hierarchical risk element transfer algorithm can be further used to make a comprehensive analysis of the construction risk evaluation of the large-scale water transportation project.Evaluation results show that the management of the construction units exerts major influences on the project construction,and thus the large-scale water transportation project construction should focus on the risk management of the construction unit.
