Shell气化炉温度控制方案探讨

摘    要:简述Shell气化炉工艺流程,介绍气化炉温度控制的重要性以及气化炉温度控制的关键操作对象氧煤比。目前气化炉内的反应温度无法直接测量,通过分析气化炉温度的各间接关联参数,对比利用关联参数进行炉温控制的可行性及优缺点。探讨通过汽包小室蒸汽产量来代替目前CO2进行气化炉温度控制的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:A brief process introduction of Shell gasifier is given,the importance of gasifier temperature control and the key operation object-oxygen-coal ratio are introduced.Currently the reaction temperature inside gasifier can not be directly measured;the various indirect relevant parameters of the gasifier temperature are analyzed and the feasibility and advantage and disadvantage of various parameters to implement the gasifer temperature control compared;the feasibility and superiority in the use of the steam yield from the small chamber of steam drum instead of the current CO2 for gasifier temperature control discussed.
