Shell粉煤气化炉堵渣机理初探

摘    要:针对中国石化安庆分公司Shell粉煤气化炉运行中出现的堵渣问题,对刘二矿煤进行了工业分析,结果表明:刘二矿煤质波动大,煤灰在高温弱还原性气氛下,生成大量莫来石,致使灰熔点高,无法直接用于气化;添加石灰石助熔剂后,灰渣能达到气化炉液态排查要求,但其黏温曲线随温度区间平移变化趋势不明显;大量钙长石晶体的迅速生成,是导致气化炉间或发生堵渣的主要原因。

Abstract:Aiming at the slag blocking appeared in the Shell pulverized-coal gasifier in the said company an industrial analysis of the coal from Liu-er coal mine so used is carried out the result shows that the quality of coal is greatly fluctuated;the ash forms a great amount of Mullite at high temperature and weak reductive atmosphere and causes a high ash fusion temperature not directly used in the gasification;after the addition of limestone flux,ash slag may meet the requirement for the removal of slag in liquid state from gasifier,however,the translating trends of its viscosity-temperature curve with the temperature intervals are not clear;a rapid generation of great amount of calcium feldspar crystals might be a main reason for occasional slag blocking in gasifier.
