陕西省亭口水库建设对环境的影响及对策

摘    要:通过对亭口水库建设产生的对水文情势、生态环境、水环境的影响进行分析的基础上,提出生态水量、生态环境长期监测、水源地保护等对策.运用52 a水文资料分析典型年情况下生态水量满足程度.研究结果表明:枯水年和特枯年来水条件下,工程运行后黑河亭口断面枯水年和特枯年下泄水量不能满足生态需求.多年平均情况下,建库后亭口断面来水量减少30.9%,枯水年对河流水量影响相对较大.采用Vollenweider负荷模型预测库区运行期发生富营养化的可能性较小,仅在局部区域存在富营养化风险.分析表明,亭口水库建设在采取严格的环境保护措施后对环境的影响程度可以接受.

Abstract:Ting Kou Reservior will bring a series of environmental problems.Based on analyzing hydrological regime,ecological environmental effect,water environmental effect caused by the construction of Tingkou Reservior,some environmental effect countermeasures,such as draw off eco-environmental water,long-term monitoring on ecological environment,water source place protection etc.,are put forward.By analyzing the satisfaction level for ecological water based on hydrological data of 52 years,the results the water of Tingkou section can not satisfy eco-environmental water demand at 75% and 95% design frequency.In the multi-year average condition,the water from Tingkou section will be decreased by 30.9% and even worse in low flow years.Possibility of the eutrophication predicted by Vollenweider load model is small,and eutrophication risk only exists in some part of Tingkou Reservior.The results show that environmental effect of Tingkou Reservior is acceptable under strict environmental protection measures.
