风力机状态监测与故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:风力发电机在恶劣的自然环境下工作,极易出现故障.利用状态监测与故障诊断系统可以对其运行状态进行实时监控,并对可能出现的故障进行诊断.回顾了状态监测与故障诊断技术的历史与现状,介绍了状态监测与故障诊断系统的基本结构.对风力机常用状态监测技术及主要测量参数进行了分析研究,并分析了风力机部件的常见故障,研究了部件的故障机理.最后,分析研究了适合于风力机的多种故障诊断方法.

Abstract:Wind turbines are subject to fault because of bad working conditions in the natural environment.A condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system can be used to monitor its operating condition and diagnose the possible fault in real time.The historical and present researches of wind turbine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis techniques are reviewed in the paper,and its basic structure is illustrated.The frequently-used condition monitoring technique and its main measurement parameters are analyzed here to put forward the common faults,and the failure mechanism.At the end,the paper discusses several fault diagnosis methods fit for the wind turbine.
