摘    要:水煤浆气化装置由于净化脱碳系统负荷达到70%时,高压闪蒸槽多次出现带液现象。对高压闪蒸槽内部进行二次结构改造,但效果不理想,后又通过增加一套高压闪蒸槽的方法,彻底解决了高压闪蒸槽带液问题,通过4a的稳定运行表明,高压闪蒸槽改造是非常成功的。

Abstract:Several liquid-entrainments is encountered in a high-pressure flash tank when the load of purification de-carbon system reaches 70% in coal-water slurry gasification plant.A second inner-structure reconstruction of the high-pressure flash tank is carried out with no good effect.Afterwards,an additional high-pressure flash tank is added and the liquid-entrainment is completely resolved.A 4-years′stable running shows that such reconstruction to the high-pressure flash tank is very successful.
