大跨度拱形屋面联方网格型单层双曲网壳加工工艺研究

大跨度钢结构主要用于体育场馆、展览馆、影剧院、候车厅等屋盖结构之中。近年来,呈现出跨度、规模越来越大,结构形式越来越丰富的特点。文章结合相关工程实例,介绍了大跨度拱形联方网格型单层双曲网壳屋面的加工工艺。屋面拱形网壳采用弧状X形网壳形状,箱梁与箱梁之间采用X形节点相连,同时由于拱形方向是斜向布置,为保证拱的上平面,拱的箱形截面为一不规则的菱形或梯形。无论从空间角度还是外观都比网架看起来比较有线条美,给人以视觉上有较大的冲击美。
