大跨度拱形屋面联方网格型单层双曲网壳加工工艺研究

摘    要:大跨度钢结构主要用于体育场馆、展览馆、影剧院、候车厅等屋盖结构之中。近年来,呈现出跨度、规模越来越大,结构形式越来越丰富的特点。文章结合相关工程实例,介绍了大跨度拱形联方网格型单层双曲网壳屋面的加工工艺。屋面拱形网壳采用弧状X形网壳形状,箱梁与箱梁之间采用X形节点相连,同时由于拱形方向是斜向布置,为保证拱的上平面,拱的箱形截面为一不规则的菱形或梯形。无论从空间角度还是外观都比网架看起来比较有线条美,给人以视觉上有较大的冲击美。

Abstract:Large span steel structure is usually used in roof structure such as stadiums, exhibition halls, theaters and waiting area. In recent years, the spans and scales present bigger and bigger, the structure form as also more and more rich characteristics. This paper introduces the long-span arch union square grid type roof reticulated hyperbolic shell processing technology by relevancy similar engineering. Roof arch net shell adopts arc shape X net shell shape. Two box girders are linked together used nodes in the shape of X. Because of the direction of arch is oblique, in order to ensure the arch on the plane, box cross section for the irregular or trapezoid.
